Registration, Tuition, and Refund Policies 2026-2027

At Smart Quest Academy, tuition is calculated as an annual fee divided into ten equal installments. The first payment is due upon registration, with subsequent payments due on the 1st of each month from August through May.  

Tuition is non-refundable, and no adjustments, credits, or refunds will be provided for absences, including vacations, illness, or holidays. This policy also applies in the event of school closures due to weather conditions, national emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the school's control.
