Meet Ms. Karla G. Aleman

Hi, I’m Karla Aleman and I’m honored to serve as the director of Smart Quest Academy. My goal is to lead our preschool with dedication and passion, ensuring that every child has a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment to grow and succeed.

With over fiftheen years of experience and a passion for early childhood education, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and inspiring school community for students, families, and teachers alike.

I’m thrilled to guide our team in delivering the highest quality education and care, and I look forward to partnering with families on this exciting journey.

Ongoing Professional Development
Our teachers complete 24 clock hours of annual training tailored to the age groups they serve. This training focuses on key areas of child development:

• Social and Emotional Growth
• Physical Development
• Approaches to Learning

Additionally, our team is thoroughly trained in:

• Pediatric CPR and First Aid
• SIDS Awareness
• Managing Allergic Reactions
• Emergency Evacuation Procedures

We ensure our teachers meet all state regulations and stay current with the latest health, safety, and education standards through ongoing professional development.
